With all of the STR changes in Placer County, Manage Home has kept us in compliance without missing a beat. Our permits are current for 2022/2023 as well as inspections and home requirements. Most recently we had “Yogi” help himself to our bear box where the key had been left in the door. Trash was everywhere and the manage home team responded to a call and was on site within the hour to clean up the mess thoroughly. Screen replacement was our other urgent matter last summer. Meghan responded quickly to pick up the screen and have a handyman replace it within 24 hours. Living 2 hours away prevents us from handling these matters ourselves.
