I recently began using Meghan’s Manage Home services after having been in an unfortunate situation with a property management company. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found Meghan and Manage Home, as it has truly been a breath of fresh air being able to communicate so easily and pleasantly, and to have confidence that my home is being properly overseen. I was constantly fighting a losing battle with the prior property management company, and spending excessive time and energy at a very high commission rate on below market rates. Now that I am actually managing the property myself with the support of Meghan and Manage Home, I actually have more time and I am beginning to meet my expenses that I could not before. I am so thankful to finally have so much more time back and resources needed to sustain my property that I have put so much into over the years. It was a welcome and much needed change to work with Meghan and MangeHome.
